Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email us at support@pawpeakshop.com with your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Perishable or hygiene items (e.g. opened food supplements)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first. If the issue persists, email us at support@pawpeakshop.com.
